Unlike McD's... This comic, I'm lovin' it.

Also, any word about you having a Patrion in the forseeable future? :3

I noticed the Lulu link, but I'm not sure if your comic fits under the standards of copyright laws. (Meaning, there's a lot of gray area in those bloody laws.) With the new Beetle Juice sequal being talked about, and greenlit, in the next year "Beetle Juice" is going to be slammed into every search engine. If you get from the now quite popular to any sort of famous, enough for some one to take notice, they may come knock on your door. We've seen this before, and it's well known that betimes being rich can trump creative rights just by taking the not so rich to court. If they don't get you with fines, and the full on gaval treatment, then they get you by causing you to to have to pay the court fees. (Which are not balanced in favor of who makes what.)

I'm not trying to troll. Not at all. I just worry about you and your work. I want to see your comic become one of the top five in the webcomic listings, and see you be able to afford to do what you love as a full time job. Not to mention such can give you the freedom to branch out into other areas, whilst those with connections will know your name. (It takes a while to get to that point, but that doesn't mean it's not worth it. You have the talent, skill, and a natural way of story telling which is unique and fun as hell.)

Also, when you do get a patrion, if you do, I'll be quite happy to send some support your way. I really like their system, and it's a way to earn income without having to deal with what I spoke about above, or fears of such. In a way, Patrion is like receiving donations, and are a nifty way to have a built in community area for fans to go to...and you do have a buuunch of fans. Many just don't say much. lol I keep linking my friends to you as well, so I'm fairly certain others are doing the same. It's only natural to share the epic, and the awesome.

Sorry for how long this comment is. Good thing I don't comment often or I would feel really quilty about taking over the section.

Anywho,

Wishing you well, and much luck,
Looking forward to being witness to not only the advancement of your comic, but every thing else in between.

Cheers;

-Rose.

@RD: Thank you very much for your kind words, support and advice.

I do indeed intend on giving the whole "donation site thingy" some more serious thought. I've surprisingly had many others like yourself suggest the idea to me. In all honesty, the only thing that has been holding me back was finding the spare time to really sit down and take my time to learn more about it and come up with a plan. And it looks like with my personal schedule, I might even be able to do so tomorrow. Lol.

The fact that you are sharing this webcomic with others, truley makes my heart bubble up with ooie-gooie good feelings and I appreciate it so deeply. Thank you for that. And I really do hope you continue to do so.

And so, as far as the Lulu publishing is concerned, I have had it originally set it up, so that i don't make any money at all towards any copies sold, and the printed copies do contain a large disclaimer title page, stating that my story is purely fan fiction and that it's purpose is to just be shared with others.It also states that i do not own the rights to Beetlejuice in any way, shape or form. Besides, i do sadly intend on taking it off the publishing site due to my dislike for it's original published design very soon though.
